Call for papers

• The papers must be original and should not have been published, or submitted elsewhere for publication.

•  The  papers of 5 to 6 pages (or posters) can be written in English or French. they must respect theIEEE Template.
  
  Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference Easy chair management system.
